Georgia College
Community Drumming Group Handbook

The Georgia College Community Drumming Group (CDG) facilitators exist to Encourage, Engage, and Involve all participants. Facilitators make themselves available to build participants up and allow them to be in the moment, know that they are fully accepted, and free to explore in an environment without
judgement, manipulation or analysis.

In this handbook you will learn the values and standards of a CDG facilitator, how to develop your skills as a facilitator and why participation in the CDG matters to your future.
